Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. coconut oil, melted
  • 1 C. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 C. chopped raw pecans
  • 1/3 C. roasted and salted sunflower seeds
  • 32 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C. raspberries
  • 1/2 C. blueberries
  • 1/2 C. blackberries

To make the crunch, simply mix the first five ingredients and spread evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let it cool, before crumbling into pieces. Spoon about one-half of crunch into 8 tall glasses and top with half of yogurt and half of fruit. Repeat until out of ingredients. Make it more decadent by sprinkling chocolate chips on top.
