Very Cranberry Crunch

Oh wow, you shouldn't wait to try this recipe. It goes so well on ice cream, so well with whipped cream...it's indescribably yummy, and easy to make, to boot!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 C. all purpose flour
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. butter or margarine
  • 1 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix together oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Use half of the mixture in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Spread with cranberry sauce. Top with crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
