Vidalia Onion Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 large Vidalia onions, sliced
- 1/2 C. butter or margarine
- 2/3 C. chicken broth
- 1/3 C. sherry
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 C. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions in butter or margarine until soft and translucent. Add flour, broth, and sherry to skillet. Stir and cook until thickened. Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and cheeses. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
