Waffle Iron Turtle Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 squares baking chocolate
- 1/2 C. butter or oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1 C. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter. Set aside. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and vanilla together and add chocolate mixture. Drop by tsp. on hot waffle iron and bake 1 minute. (1 tsp. of dough per section of waffle iron) Frost with vanilla or chocolate glaze when cool.
