Walnut Balls
Ingredients
- 1 C. walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 C. toasted bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- kitchen bouquet spices (for color)
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except for cream of mushroom soup and kitchen bouquet) and shape into balls. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with a little water and a few drops of kitchen bouquet. Pour over the walnut balls and bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
