  • 2 C. linguine pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 C. basil leaves
  • ½ C. walnuts, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ¼-1/2 C. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Using a food processor, pulse walnuts until fine. Add in basil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Start by adding ¼ C. olive oil and blend. Add more oil for desired consistency. Toss with pasta and serve.
