  • 1 C. flour
  • 3 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. raspberries
  • 2 C. blueberries
  • 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. flour

In a bowl, combine 1 C. flour, 3 Tbs. sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a second bowl, combine the egg, milk, and oil. Whisk until blended completely. Pour the egg mixture to the flour mixture. Stir until just moistened. Spread this mixture into the bottom of a slow cooker.

In another bowl, combine 1 C. sugar, 1/4 C. flour, and salt. Stir in the raspberries, blueberries, and lemon juice. Evenly distribute the berry mixture over the batter. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until the batter is cooked through.
