  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 C. dry white wine
  • 1/2 C. chicken broth
  • 1/2 C. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Herbes de Provence

In a crockpot, combine the carrots and flour. Top with the chicken and season with the Herbes de Provence, 1 tsp. sea salt, and 1 tsp. pepper. Add in the wine and broth. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Ten minutes before serving, add in the heavy cream and an additional 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir to combine, cover, and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Serve topped with biscuits.
