This sweet peach treat makes a wonderful breakfast on chilly morning.

  • two 16-oz. cans sliced peaches
  • 2 Tbs. margarine or butter
  • 1/3 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 1/4 C. cold water

In saucepan over medium heat, heat peaches, margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir cornstarch into cold water and add to peaches. Cook and stir until thickened. Cool slightly and spoon into individual dishes. Serve warm.
