Watermelon Ice

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. watermelon or any berry gelatin
- 3/4 C. boiling water
- 5 C. seedless watermelon chunked, pureed in blender
Directions
Combine sugar, gelatin, and boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add to blender with watermelon. Blend until combined. Pour into a loaf pan, cover and freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Scoop out with ice cream scoop.
