  • 1 C. water
  • 8 C. cubed watermelon
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a pot. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and set aside. Blend the watermelon in batches until smooth. Place in a large bowl and stir in the sugar syrup and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cover. Freeze 8 hours until firm. Serve by scooping into bowls and garnish with watermelon.
