Wedding Mints
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 6 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. flavoring (see below)
- food coloring
Directions
Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Blend in powdered sugar. Divide into 3 parts, flavoring and coloring each part. For peppermint -use 1/2 to 1 tsp. of peppermint flavoring and use pink coloring. For Lemon - use 1/2 to 1 tsp. of lemon flavoring and use yellow coloring. For Wintergreen - use 1/2 to 1 tsp. of wintergreen flavoring and leave uncolored Roll mixture into small balls and flatten with a fork. Keep refrigerated.
Makes about 200 mints.
