Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C. bread crumbs
- 1/4 C. grated Romano cheese
- lemon rind to taste
- pinch of nutmeg
- 3 C. chicken broth
- parsley
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients. Let stand a few minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling chicken broth and simmer until done. Garnish with parsley.
