  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 6 Tbs whole wheat seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbs Tabasco
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into 40 bite-sized pieces

Preheat oven to 425°, and coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

Mix garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and bread crumbs together in a bowl, tossing well.

Mix hot sauce and olive oil together in a separate bowl. Dip the chicken pieces into the hot sauce bowl, then roll into the breading.

Place nuggets on pan and bake for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 more minutes, then serve.
