Wendy's Copycat Chicken Tortilla Wrap Recipe

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 6 Tbs whole wheat seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into 20 bite-sized pieces
- 4 fresh tortilla rolls
- 1/2 C sliced cherry tomatoes
Preheat oven to 425°, and coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and bread crumbs together in a bowl, tossing well.
Dip the chicken pieces into the olive oil, then roll into the breading.
Place nuggets on pan and bake for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for 5 more minutes, then remove. Place nugget on tortillas topped with lettuce, sprinkle cherry tomatoes over top, and roll together.
