Great, easy cheesecake recipe for people who typically don't eat cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • I large ready to bake graham cracker pie crust
  • 24 Dove dark chocolate candies (Chopped)
  • 1 ½ 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, softened (you'll need 2 packages)
  • 7 oz. of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • whipped topping

Directions

In a double boiler, melt chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth. Set aside. In mixer beat the cream cheese, condensed milk and yogurt until smooth. Add eggs and mix on low until just combined. Fold in the chocolate and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping before serving.

  • This cheesecake was Awesome! The dark chocolate made it taste soo good.
    MY kids usually hate cheesecake, but this was a real winner with them. Really easy to make and super tasty. I serves it for a dinner party and everyone wanted the recipe.
