Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-2 tablespoons whiskey
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Whisk all of the ingredients together until well blended. Cover, chill until ready to serve. It will stay in the refrigerator covered for week.
This butter mixture will go well with a homemade soda bread or any homemade biscuit. If looking for another use, try is on a grilled or broiled steak. The flavor brings a new depth to any meat dish.
