Directions

Using a heatproof bowl underneath a pan of simmer hot water, melt the bittersweet chocolate and stir constantly. Add ½ teaspoon of peppermint oil. Pour the chocolate onto parchment paper and place it on a pan. Move the pan from side to side to allow the chocolate to smoothen and flatten out. Place the chocolate in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
Repeat the same melting process to melt the white chocolate. Don’t forget to add another ½ teaspoon of peppermint oil. Pour the white chocolate over the hard bittersweet chocolate. Place the crushed candy canes on top of the white chocolate. Place the chocolate in the freezer for another 5-10 minutes. Let Cool for at least 30 minutes, and then cut the chocolate in squares using a sharp knife.
Enjoy!
