  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped celery ribs
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut into small bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • ΒΌ teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Put the garlic and vegetables in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces, butter, bouillon, and broth to the top of the pot without stirring. Cook on low for 7.5 hours and then stir in the beans and tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes and stir in tabasco before serving.
