Directions

Begin this recipe for White Castle sliders by preparing a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Continue by combining the beef, 2/3 cup of beef broth, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until the mixture is well combined. Spread in an even layer into the prepared baking sheet.

Use a knife to score the meat into 16 equal rectangles. Use your finger to make about five holes in each patty. Set into the freezer for one hour before using. Once ready, remove the patties and parchment paper from the baking sheet. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

Combine the remaining amount of beef broth and your dried minced onions on the baking sheet. Spread them out in an even layer and then let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Return the frozen beef to the baking sheet on top of the minced onions.

Set in the oven to bake for about 10 minutes or until the burgers are steamed, browned, and cooked through. Top each slider with cheese and return to the oven for an additional three minutes. Assemble your burgers and enjoy.
