These potatoes with cream cheese and broccoli are a great way to spice up the way you eat potatoes! Serve them as a tasty side with grilled chicken or steak.

  • 6 Brown Potatoes
  • ¼ stick of Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup of chopped Broccoli
  • ¼ cup of white cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup of fat free milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Take the potatoes and boil them until they develop a soft consistency. When the potatoes are done boiling, cut them in half and scoop out the inside of the potatoes without breaking the skin.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Take the cream cheese, broccoli, white cheddar, and milk and take the flesh of the potatoes that were scooped out and add to the cream cheese batter. Then, stir everything until it is mixed together.
Take the cream cheese mix and evenly distribute back in the skins of the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
