White Chocolate Bark with Peppermint
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. white chocolate chips
- 1 box candy canes
In a double boiler, melt white chocolate using medium heat. Place candy canes in plastic storage bag. Use rolling pin to crush candy canes into small pieces. Mix candy cane pieces with chocolate. Place on cookie sheet to chill for at least one hour in fridge. Break into pieces before serving.
