White Chocolate Blueberry Bark

- 12 oz. quality white chocolate, chopped
- 2/3 C. fresh blueberries
Arrange 8-by-8-inch baking pan with foil. Melt 8 oz. of chocolate in medium saucepan over low heat. Place remaining chocolate in bowl and pour melted chocolate on top. Stir until melted. Pour melted chocolate in prepared pan. Sprinkle blueberries across pan. Store in fridge overnight or until chocolate is firm.
