  • 1/4 C. white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 C. hot water
  • 1 C. butter, softened
  • 1 C. granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can white chocolate frosting

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F. Place hot water in double boiler over low heat. Melt white chocolate. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar in bowl. Mix in one egg at a time. Add white chocolate and vanilla. Mix flour, soda and salt. Fold in egg whites from 4 eggs. Pour into 3 sprayed and floured 8-inch cake pans. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool. Spread white chocolate frosting between layers. Add frosting on top of cake before serving.
