White Chocolate Dessert Canapés Topped with Dried Fruit

- 1 pkg dried fruit, variety
- 2 C. white chocolate, for baking
On the stove, melt the 2 C. white chocolate, watching careful that it doesn't burn. Once melted, lay parchment on a baking sheet. Make 1" circles on the parchment with the white chocolate. Top with dried fruit. Let chill overnight in the fridge.
