  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

In a saucepan, dissolve water and sugar over medium-low heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and place saucepan in bowl of cool water. Mix heavy cream and almond extract until stiff peaks form. Combine white chocolate with cream mixture well. Place in bowl and chill for 2 hours.
