  • 16 oz canneroni pasta
  • 4 Tbs butter, melted
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 C whole milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp ground mustard
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar shredded cheese, grated
  • 8 oz white American cheese, grated
  • 8 oz provolone, grated
  • 1 C ham bits

Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain and pour into a large slow cooker.

Melt butter and cream in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking until both are melted. Stir in milk, evaporated milk and sour cream until fully combined. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs, ground mustard and pepper. Stir in cheddar, white American cheese and provolone. Pour mixture over cooked macaroni and stir.

Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Switch to warm until ready to serve.

In a pan, fry ham bits until crispy. Add ham on top of macaroni and cheese in crockpot and serve.
