Ingredients

  • one 1-lb. bag refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 C. quattro formaggio shredded cheese
  • 4 slices. prosciutto cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 C. asparagus spears
  • 2 Tbs. shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 C. dry toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.  Lightly flour surface and roll dough into a 10-inch circle.  Drizzle oil and rub evenly over dough.  Sprinkle shredded cheese onto dough, then arrange prosciutto and asparagus evenly on top.  Top with Parmesan, pine nuts, and black pepper.  Transfer to a baking sheet, then bake for 10 minutes, or until crust is golden.  Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
