  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 boneless sinless chicken breasts
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pound tagliatelle pasta

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, paprika, and ¼ teaspoon of salt and pepper each. Coat the chicken in the mixture and then add the chicken to the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes on each and then add the wine and chicken broth. Bring the skillet to a boil and then remove from the heat. Cover the chicken and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, boil a large pot of water to boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta. Cut the chicken into strips and then smaller pieces and toss with the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
