Whitefish Fillets in a Hazelnut Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 oz. unsalted butter at room temperature
- 4 oz. hazelnuts, roasted, peeled, and chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. shallots, minced
- pinch salt
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 whitefish fillets
Directions
Prepare whitefish by sprinkling with salt and pepper and dotting with butter. Blend unsalted butter, hazelnuts, parsley, shallots, and cayenne pepper in a blender at medium speed for 30 seconds. Broil fillets for 7 minutes or until just about done. Remove from broiler and spread with hazelnut butter. Finish cooking by returning to broiler for another 1 1/2 minutes.
