  • 3/4 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
  • 1/8 tsp.salt
  • 2 Tbs. molasses
  • 2 Tbs. baking powder
  • 2 egg, beaten
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1 C. cranberries

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Sift the flour and salt together in a bowl. Stir the molasses and the baking powder in. Then beat in the egg, butter and milk. Gently fold in cranberries. Grease tins well. Then fill the tins with batter. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately.
