  • 24 yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 stick of butter
  • salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 450. Peel your yukon gold potatoes and cut them into chunks or quarters. Melt the butter in a bowl. Pour about a quarter into a large bowl with the potatoes. Coat well and transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and do not pour in any excess butter (it will drip and burn on the pan).

Bake the potatoes for 45-50 minutes and brush the potatoes with the extra butter every 5-10 minutes. When the potatoes are cooked all the way, take them out of the oven. Allow 2-3 minutes to cool and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
