  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb. bacon, precooked
  • 1 C. fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Whole wheat wraps
