Whole Wheat Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb. whole wheat noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 C. cottage cheese, 2% fat
- 1 C. nonfat yogurt
- 1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 lb. gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/2 C. pecans
Directions
Combine everything except the cheese. Turn into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese and additional pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
