Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinned
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ C. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Place the chicken into the crockpot and sprinkle in salt and pepper. Wash and chop up all of your vegetables and place them into a bowl. Peel the garlic and place the cloves into the bowl as well. Mix in the balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture into the crockpot over the chicken. Let it cook for 6-8 hours. Serve and enjoy over potatoes or pasta.
