Wieners, Beans and Potatoes with Pineapple Chunks

This was my dad's favorite! It's so easy to make. Start out with a big frying pan and fry the potatoes and wieners first, then add the porkĀ and beans and pineapple chunks. A great meal for Friday nights. Quick clean-up

Ingredients

  • 6-8 wieners (hot dogs), sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cans pork & beans
  • 1 lb. potatoes, sliced or diced
  • oil

Directions

Drizzle oil into the frying pan. Add the sliced potatoes and wieners, fry until potatoes are crisp. Add the pork & beansĀ and pineapple chunks and cook for 10 minutes more. Serve.
