Wieners, Beans and Potatoes with Pineapple Chunks
- 6-8 wieners (hot dogs), sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 cans pork & beans
- 1 lb. potatoes, sliced or diced
Drizzle oil into the frying pan. Add the sliced potatoes and wieners, fry until potatoes are crisp. Add the pork & beans and pineapple chunks and cook for 10 minutes more. Serve.
