Extremely simple and very quick, with red, yellow, and green peppers.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. Imagine Natural Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
  • 2 C. cooked wild rice
  • 1 C. frozen corn
  • 2 Tbs. chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbs. chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Tbs. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 C. sliced green onions
  • 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
