Ingredients
- 4 Slices bacon
- 2 Tbs Cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 Qt Prepared mixed salad greens
- 1/4 C Minced scallions (optional)
Directions
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp, drain on paper toweling, crumble, and reserve. Drain all but 3 Tbs drippings from skillet ; mix in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Heat and stir until simmering. Pour over greens and, if you like, scallions, add bacon, toss and serve.
