Wilted Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce, torn
- 4-6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 6-8 radishes, thinly sliced
- Dressing:
- 4-5 bacon strips
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Toss lettuce, onions and radishes in a large salad bowl; set aside.
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove paper towels to drain. Add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and pepper to the hot drippings. Stir well. Immediately pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top.
