Wilted Sesame Spinach
Ingredients
- 12 to 16 oz. fresh spinach
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Place greens in stir-fry pan. Cover and steam using the water clinging to the leaves. Steam until lightly wilted (about 2 or 3 minutes). Heat soy sauce and oil in the stir-fry pan. Add greens and stir-fry until heated through (about 1 to 2 minutes). Season with pepper and toss in sesame seeds.
