  • 2 C. white chocolate chips
  • 1 C. honey
  • 1/3 C. buckwheat honey
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 1/2 C. almonds

Melt chocolate and honeys in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Use candy mixture to boil mixture to 250 degrees. Remove from heat and add butter quickly. Pour almonds on baking sheet. Then add mixture. Let it cool and harden before breaking into pieces.
