Not all fruity holiday desserts have to be a bland fruitcake. Instead, add a wonderful berry taste to your cheesecake with the mix of cranberries and pomegranates.

1 cheesecake


  • 12 double graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 C. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/2 C. cranberries
  • 1/2 C. pomegranate, diced

Mix crackers, butter, sugar and cinnamon in blender. Press onto 9-inch round pan. For filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon extract, cranberries and pomegranate. Pour over crust. Chill overnight.
