  • 3 C. all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 C. eggnog
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

Place oiled skillet over medium heat. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Pour eggnog, butter and egg. Mix well. Pour 1/4 C. batter on skillet. Cook until pancakes become bubbly. Flip. Continue to cook until lightly golden brown.
