  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lg. baking potatoes
  • 1/2 C. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can peas (with liquid)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 med. onion
  • salt and pepper

Begin by using a 3-qt. casserole dish. Press the raw meat into the bottom of the dish. Next, add the sliced onions, mushrooms and peas. Then slice the potatoes very thin and lay on top of onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the soup over the potatoes. Cover with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
