Heat corn oil in a large saucepan to 375º. High quality corn oil is ideal to avoid ignition.

Whisk milk, flour, beer, salt, and eggs together in a large bowl to make a batter. Stir Cheese Curds into the batter, coat, and remove.

Deep fry the curds in the oil until their batter is golden brown. Drain the excess oil on some paper towels, then serve.
