Wonderful Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Large Cauliflower
- 1¼ cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Break cauliflower into florets and cook in water for about 5 minutes.
Combine cauliflower, sour cream, cheeses, and salt in a bowl.
Mix ingredients until cauliflower is coated well.
Place mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
