  • Tart Crust:
  • 1 ¼ C. flour
  • ½ C. almonds, sliced
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. ice water
  • 2 T. granulated sugar
  • 8 T. cold butter, cubed
  • Chocolate Filling:
  • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T. granulated sugar
  • 1 T. flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Berry Glaze:
  • 1 C. blueberries
  • 1C. raspberries
  • 3 T. granulated sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. For the crust mix together all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Place it into a tart pan and let it refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes. For the filling, melt your chocolate with the heavy cream over the stovetop. Once it's melted add in the rest of the ingredients. Pour it into the crust and place it in the oven for 30 minutes. In a saucepan mix together the berries and granulated sugar. Let it simmer for 30 minutes or until it's thick. Pour the berries evenly over the finished tart and enjoy!
