  • 2 1/3 C. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 C. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 C. salted butter, softened
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. almonds, chopped

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add in both of the chocolate chips and almonds. Roll them in balls. Place the rolled dough balls two inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them bake for 15 minutes.
