Wonderful Ham and Cheese Spread Recipe

A good smoked ham works well with this, leftovers are great from a bone-in ham!

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. onion soup mix
  • 1 C. chopped cooked ham
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 pkg. assorted crackers

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and soup mix until smooth. Stir in ham and cheese. Mold or place in container. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers or breads.
