Wondrous Broccoli Salad Recipe

The healthy benefits of broccoli are all the more enjoyable with cherry tomatoes and crumbled bacon.

  • 1-2 heads broccoli
  • 1 C. grape or cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 C. raisins or craisins
  • 1/2 C. sunflower seeds or soy beans (roasted)
  • 4-5 beef or turkey-bacon strips cooked and crumbled
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 2 T sugar
  • 3 T vinegar

Mix broccoli and tomato in bowl. Mix sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over broccoli and tomato. Sprinkle rest of ingredients over top. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
